SPIDERMAN : FAR FROM HOME
Overview: GHM&D was fortunate enough to be invited back to work with the team at Territory on nothing less than a Marvel Film!
Working under the Creative Director Andrew Popplestone, Creative Co-leads Ryan Close and Lead Nick Lyons and along side the amazing talents of Lorenzo Miglietta. I was thrown into a world of 2D/ 3D UI and Holograms.
The project was a dream come true, and despite shots being switched about, cut or taken elsewhere I managed to contribute a lot of 2D and 3D UI content that can be seen to the left.
I have also included a few concepts on bits and pieces that unfortunately didn’t make the final cut (despite looking pretty cool)
This was a massive undertaking and involved everything from 2D design (based on styleframes) 3D Tracking, landscape generation, 2D and 3D hologram design and mass amounts of UI animation..
Software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4d,

EDITH GLASSES
Overview : Working closely with the others we created a series of overlays for the EDITH glasses, these were designed in Illustrator, animated in After Effects and exported to Cinema to sit within the 3D panels tracked into the scenes.
Ryan had initally designed a concept for the general look and feel and it was for the rest of us to take these further, making bespoke graphics / animations for each of the individual shots.
STARK JET : SCREENS
Overview : Together working from designs created by Daniel Højlund, Nick and Ryan we created 18 wall panel screens that sat within Tony Starks Jet. These needed to be high tech and reflect the nature of both Stark Industries whilst catering towards the aesthetic of Spiderman. Some screens were a combination of merging already created assets, others created more bespokely. These were taken into After Effects from Illustrator where I was able to animate them quickly to really bring the scene to life.
STARK JET : HOLOGRAM
Overview : We also worked on the initial designs for the hologram unit that was used to build Peters Hybrid Suit. Unfortunately this asset was finished elsewhere but it was probabkly the most enjoyable part of the job. It consisted of 3D elements, designed in Illustrator and extruded, lit and textured Cinema 4D (Arnold Renderer). With 2D graphics overlaying the ‘hologram’ as controls.
