woman in rugby : team powered

Overview: GHM&D was asked by the guys at Chapter 3 to work on a Hero Film for World Rugby to promote Women In Rugby, producing some character animations and compositions to create 6 'Key Moments' within the film itself.

These Key Moments were enhanced by secondary 'energy' animations throughout the film which is where GHM&D became involved. The style and characters were created by the talented guys at DesignStudio, but we were tasked with taking these and adding in the energy animations as well as the compositing and rotoscoping. The energy animations were built in Cinema and coloured / treeated back in After Effects to match the style created in the character elements.
